2. Strict Requirement for Executed License Agreement

 

The CentraDoc software is commercial software and is licensed, not sold. Any integration, deployment, distribution, or use of the CentraDoc technology in any capacity is strictly prohibited without a valid, written OEM, Integration, or Software License Agreement expressly executed by an authorized representative of Liberty Technology Systems, Inc. and the licensing entity ("Licensee").

 

3. Component-Specific Licensing

 

CentraDoc is a comprehensive suite comprising various discrete modules, features, and rendering components. Access to and utilization of CentraDoc is strictly limited to the specific components and use cases explicitly enumerated within the Licensee's individual executed License Agreement. The licensing of, or authorized access to, one component or feature of CentraDoc does not grant, convey, or imply any right, license, or access to any other components, features, or technologies within the CentraDoc suite.

 

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

 

All content, source code, object code, libraries, algorithms, and associated documentation related to CentraDoc are the exclusive intellectual property of Liberty Technology Systems, Inc. and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions.Copyright © 1993-2026, Liberty Technology Systems, Inc. 5. Trademarks

 

• CentraDoc is a trademark of Liberty Technology Systems, Inc.

• Adobe, PostScript, and PDF (Portable Document Format) are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe Systems Incorporated in the United States and/or other countries.

• All other trademarks, trade names, or company names referenced herein are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

 

Liberty Technology Systems, Inc. does not make any public warranties or representations regarding the CentraDoc software on this page. All warranties, performance guarantees, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations pertaining to the use of CentraDoc are governed solely and exclusively by the express terms and conditions set forth in the specific License Agreement executed between Liberty Technology Systems, Inc. and the Licensee. In the absence of such a valid, executed agreement, the software is provided strictly without warranty of any kind, and Liberty Technology Systems, Inc. disclaims all liability arising from any unauthorized use to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

7. Third-Party and Open-Source Components

 

CentraDoc may utilize or be bundled with certain third-party software components or open-source libraries. The use of these components is governed by their respective licenses, and relevant attributions or notices are provided within the documentation accompanying the licensed software or as otherwise specified in the Licensee's agreement.
